Louisville is home to two world class convention facilities as well as many more other unique venues, each offering its own unique qualities and atmosphere.

The Kentucky Exposition Center, the seventh largest facility of its kind in the United States, covers more than 1.2 million square feet of indoor exhibition space, meeting rooms and public areas including Freedom Hall, a 19,000-seat indoor arena. Located just minutes from downtown near I-65, I-264 and the Louisville International Airport, the Kentucky Exposition Center is the permanent home of large-scale events like the Kentucky State Fair, the National Farm Machinery Show, and the North American International Livestock Exposition.

The Kentucky International Convention Center, located in downtown Louisville, has 300,000 square feet of space, a 30,000-square-foot ballroom, and 52 meeting rooms—all under one roof! Perfect for corporate gatherings, trade shows, conferences, and multi-day conventions, the Kentucky International Convention Center is fully supported by a dedicated and professional fulltime staff, in-house catering and technical production specialists.

Louisville Downtown Arena, a new multi-purpose arena located downtown is scheduled to open November 2010. This facility will be home to the University of Louisville Men’s and Women’s Basketball programs. Additionally, it is designed to accommodate a wide variety of other events including NCAA championships such as wrestling, swimming and volleyball, as well as concerts, circus, wrestling, boxing and ice shows.

Other venues include the legendary Churchill Downs, the Frazier International History Museum, the one-of-a-kind Glassworks, the Kentucky Derby Museum, Louisville Slugger Field, and many more. Additionally, the Louisville Downtown Arena if a major facility with KEC and KICC. While it is scheduled to open in November 2010, we are already booking this facility for business in 2011.
