Annual Celebration of Black-Owned Businesses in Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (June 13, 2025) — 502 Black Business Week is back for its 8th annual celebration, taking place June 15–21, during Juneteenth week. This week-long initiative is all about spotlighting and supporting Louisville’s Black-owned businesses through intentional spending, exclusive promotions, and community engagement.

During the week, participating businesses, from food and fashion to wellness and professional services offer special discounts and promotions designed to attract both new and returning customers to help drive traffic and raise awareness for some of the best Black-owned brands in the city.

New this year! 502 Black Business Week is partnering with PNC Broadway in Louisville for a giveaway of four tickets to opening night of The Wiz—July 29 at 7 PM at The Kentucky Center. To enter, simply visit any participating 502 Black Business Week business, either in person or online. The winner will be drawn on Monday, June 30 at 12 PM EDT.

Founded in 2018 by marketing consultant Tiandra Robinson, 502 Black Business Week has grown into a powerful economic and cultural platform. What started as a grassroots effort has now become a staple in the city’s celebration of Black excellence.
