Hallouween Parade & Fest is a FREE EVENT in Louisville, Kentucky. It is also known as the Louisville Halloween Parade & Festival. It has been taking place for over 20 years and is the largest Halloween season celebration in the region and was name a "Top 10 Halloween Parade" by USA Today. Tens of thousands of pieces of candy are given out to the community each year at this event! The Hallouween Parade & Fest takes place in Louisville's cultural and arts district of NuLu. This event celebrates one of the most underappreciated aspects of Halloween. Hallouween is a celebration of creativity and theatrical arts. This event shines light on the creations and performances of the fall season and the amazingly creative people that make it possible.
