A few years ago, our owner John Grisanti went on an immersive culinary deep dive of Spain’s Basque country and became obsessed with their bar style of eating – Pinxtos!

Join us at Nouvelle on Sunday – October 12th from 1pm-6pm as John dusts off his old chef whites to transform Nouvelle into GRIZZ’s PINTXOS PARTY tavern for the afternoon. He will be putting together an absolutely fantastic spread of traditional bites to be matched with a menu of classic drink specialties from the region. The Txakolina will be flowing!
