After meeting & dining with fellow Frenchman Chef Jacques Pépin and his daughter Claudine in July, Guy Genoud knew that a 90th Birthday Dinner in Provence celebrating the iconic Chef was a must.

We will Celebrate Chef's Birthday ON His Birthday with 5 Recipes from His Legendary Cookbook 'HEART AND SOUL IN THE KITCHEN' Prepared by Chef Patrick Gosden and Paired with a Selection of His Favorite Wines From Advanced Sommelier Julie DeFriend from Skurnik Wines.
