Book Discussion Series: Praisesong for the Kitchen Ghosts

The Louisville Coalition on the History of Enslavement will be hosting our next installment of our Book Discussion Series on September 4th from 6:00-8:00 PM here at Locust Grove!

We will be discussing Crystal Wilkinson’s wonderful book Praisesong for the Kitchen Ghosts led by moderator Shawntaye Hopkins.

These book discussions are very informal, and you do not need to have finished the book to enjoy yourself and learn a bit more.

An added bonus with this book: it is full of delicious recipes for you to try in your own kitchen.
