Bourbon Pecan Pie

Kentucky Bourbon Pecan Pie

  • 2 cups chopped pecans (can leave some whole)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs (or 4 small)
  • ¼ cup sorghum (or corn syrup as substitute)
  • 2 T all-purpose flour
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 2 T Kentucky Bourbon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pie shell

Lightly beat eggs and mix in all other ingredients. Pour into pie shell and bake 45 minutes in 325 degree oven.
