This year with the death of a NC advisor during the awards session, Cinnamon Jawor's commitment to the city and her customers was exceptional. On a Friday evening, Cinnamon immediately jumped in and assisted with getting a chaplain and grief counselors to the hotel to speak to the advisors students, she touched base with the state director immediately to see how she could be of further assistance in getting the gentleman's wife to the hospital to see him and already had a plan devised to get her through the airport swiftly if necessary. Cinnamon was wait at the hotel to greet the NC state director and connect him with the chaplain.
