We are beyond excited to welcome Quentin Paillard of the stunning Champagne house - PIERRE PAILLARD, to take take us on a deep dive of the region and this iconic beverage.

We have made a mission of representing the greatest small "Grower" producers in the world at Nouvelle. One of our current favorite producers around is without question - PIERRE PAILLARD. They are making some of the most complex and stunning wines we have ever had. Their philosophy for distinct stylistic production and farming practices is breathtaking in their pursuit of quality.

We had the great pleasure of getting to know Quentin Paillard, and visit his family estate in Champagne, last year. The family history goes back 4 generations in the region and to say he knows a lot about this incredible wine would be an understatement.

Our owner & sommelier, John Grisanti (Master of Champagne - FWSG), is going to be sitting down with Quentin for a live interview discussion about what makes Champagne so beloved while we drink the wines from his domaine. We will go deep into the history of the region, his family philosophy, the future of Champagne/wine industry, and have a lot of laughs telling stories while we sip on world class CHAMPAGNE.
