Straw Rockets - Family Nature Club

"One giant leap for mankind..." July 20th marks the 56th anniversary of the first Moon landing. To commemorate this milestone, take your own Moon shot. Join us to design, build, and launch straw rockets at a Moon target on July 20th, from 3 pm - 4 pm. Laura Swessel, park volunteer, science teacher are former rocket scientist leads this activity. The $2 program fee is covered by a Falls of the Ohio Foundation grant. Meets in the rotunda.
