University of Louisville Event & Conference Service Center at Shelby Campus

The University of Louisville’s Event & Conference Center is the perfect location for your company’s next conference, meeting, or social event. With more than 17,000 sq. feet and 10 rooms of modern, renovated space, the Shelby Campus can host groups of up to 500 people. Conveniently located in Louisville’s east end near the intersection of Hurstbourne Lane and Shelbyville Road, we provide our customers with exceptional service and value. Your group will enjoy complimentary parking, wireless internet, projector, screen, and much more. We offer a variety of approved caterers and can coordinate the rental of extra items such as a stage, linens or outdoor tents. We also provide staff support for set-up, breakdown, and meeting management. As an alternative to downtown, UofL’s peaceful Shelby Campus offers comfortable, spacious meeting rooms for your event at less than the cost of most other meeting spaces.
