Our largest space is the Grand L&N Lobby. With stunning, arched windows and hand laid Italian tile this is the perfect space for larger affairs.
For a sit-down dinner, the capacity of this room is 100. For a Sweet Sixteen or formal dance, it can hold 150.
If you need a larger space, you can also add the meeting room to your rental.

Meeting Room
Our meeting room, located adjacent to the Lobby, in the L&N Depot building, is perfect for business meetings, trainings, and bridal or baby showers! This room offers a built-in beverage bar and the same beautiful, hand laid tile as the Grand Lobby!

Duncan Hines Dining Car
Unlike any other venue in Bowling Green, a real rail car is the perfect place for a child’s birthday party or intimate dinner! This car is filled with dining tables and chairs for your special day. Just bring the food and you are ready for a wonderful experience aboard this restored dining car!

Presidential Car
Celebrating an anniversary or holding a small business meeting? This is the ideal choice for you. Come aboard the restored 1911 Presidential Car! This car offers a private dining room and lounge suitable for up to six people.
Lil’ Toot
Lil’ Toot is our miniature train that takes kids for rides in our parking lot or even offsite! Available as an addition to a child’s birthday party or baby shower or rented offsite for events such as fundraisers and festivals!
