Streamlined RFP

Step 1: Complete this form with as much information as possible. This will help the Louisville Tourism Sales Team source your Request for Proposal (RFP). Once received, we’ll share your information with the best hotels that meet your event needs. Please allow 2-3 business days for review.

Step 2: Hotels will contact you with rates and availability and work with you directly throughout the planning process.

Step 3: After signing a contract with a hotel, please notify us via email at Reunions@GoToLouisville.com. This may qualify you for complimentary brochures and other services like e-coupons, photos, and videos.
