FORTIFIED is an exploration of the specialized process in wine making that creates a stabilized drink using distilled spirit to "Fortify" the wine, but it is so much more than that.
Join us with our friend, Angel Teta of Angels Envy, who is an expert of this wine making process as we go deep into the various methods of fortification by uncovering the regions, the people, the style and the history of where these beverages come from and what makes each of them so unique - PORT, MADEIRA, SHERRY to name a few!
Come discover this crazy speciality beverage with us!!
