We wanted to throw a totally un-serious CHAMPAGNE SUMMER Party this year so we asked our friends Garth & Cat Hodgdon from Champagne Happy Hour / Cage Imports to help us make the Louisville bubble scene really explode!

Join us on Sunday - August 16th, 2026 from 1pm-6pm as we pop and ridiculous amount of Champagne, including some really really BIG BOTTLES from Cage Imports who is sourcing some of the freshest new producers coming out of Champagne. This beautiful cru is bringing their Champagne Happy Hour community straight to Nouvelle! To really make this event slap we asked our James Beard nominated bud Noam Bilitzer and his team at Meesh Meesh to pair some delectable treats with our bubbles by setting up shop with his over the top RAW BAR seafood pop up! We also got the boys of Wanna Dance DJs spinning the grooves to keep the vibes bumping all afternoon.

Swim suits & beach wear highly encouraged because things might get a little wet in this August heat!
