HalLOUween Parade & Fest 2026
HalLOUween Parade & Fest brings one of Louisville’s favorite Halloween traditions to East Jefferson Street in the heart of NuLu. The free community celebration features Louisville’s nationally recognized Halloween parade, more than 60 local artists and vendors, live music, street performers, costume contests, seasonal food and drinks, bourbon barrel racing, Halloween movies and family activities.
The street festival begins at 11 a.m., with the HalLOUween Parade stepping off at 7 p.m. Guests can watch elaborate floats, performers and costumed characters travel through the NuLu district while more than 50,000 pieces of candy are distributed along the parade route.
General admission and parade viewing are free, and no ticket or advance registration is required. Tickets are only required for optional experiences, including the 21-and-older Cider Festival and the family-friendly Urban Farm. The event is held outdoors and takes place rain or shine.
