5th Annual Kentuckiana Zine Fest
Back for it's fifth year, the Kentuckiana Zine Festival is an annual event that celebrates the creativity of Louisville and Southern Indiana Artists. With over 30 artist tables filled with zines, stickers, keychains, and much more, Kentuckiana Zine Fest is a great way to collect affordable art, meet with artists face to face, and enjoy a treat from the vendors in the Mashup Food Hall food court. The event is free and open to the public for all ages.
What is a zine?
A Zine (short for magazine) is a short-run, independently published booklet. Historically, zines have been connected to indie publishing, underground and punk music scenes, and underrepresented artists.
This event is proudly hosted for the fifth year by Junior Jr. Studio, a Louisville, Ky Risograph studio/press run by Kacey Slone and Kathryn Combs.
Artists are welcome to reserve tables to display and sell zines, posters, pins, and any other original merch. We're very excited to bring together artists, authors, and zine enthusiasts from all across the region.
