Waterfront Botanical Gardens is a story of transformation: an urban oasis growing from land once used as a landfill in Louisville’s historic Butchertown neighborhood, just minutes from downtown. Free to visit with a suggested $10 donation, the Gardens offer a welcoming destination for residents and visitors alike. Waterfront Botanical Gardens also provides a distinctive setting for weddings, corporate meetings, celebrations, and private events, with indoor and outdoor venue rentals featuring garden and skyline views.
