Uncle Boojie's Distilling Co.

Uncle Boojie's in Paristown feels like your kinfolk’s porch on a summer night—easy-going, warm, and rich with stories. Guided by Stave & Thief Certified Bourbon Stewards, guests taste straight from the finest barrels while learning how a family recipe, rooted in Appalachian grit and limestone springs, has been passed down for over 200 years. The Homeplace is a homecoming to bourbon country. Draw whiskey with a thief, sip it raw and unfiltered, and discover how each barrel’s bold or honeyed character is shaped by the land and seasons of Skeeter Holler—each drop whispering whether it’s meant for them.
