Overview
Patrick O’Shea’s, centrally located downtown by the new arena, resides in a beautiful historic building built in 1870, which housed several distilleries, the main one being the Wright & Taylor's Old Charter distillery until 1935. The O'Shea Family of Pubs purchased it in 2006, and taken great care and time to restore life to this wonderful building with original wood floors, reworked timber tables and magnificent mahogany bars. Currently, there are two floors for dining with a large balcony overlooking Washington St. The menu features Irish fare as well as unique American favorites along with over a 120 great craft and import beers from around the world with 23 on draught along with an extensive variety of bourbons and interesting wines. Hours of operation: Monday-Thursday 11 am - 1 am Friday and Saturday 11 am - 4 am and Sunday from 12 pm - 1 am. Please feel free to contact us about any private party large or small we have private space available for 25-150 people. Come, step back in time and experience Louisville/Irish history at its finest.
THE WHISKEY CELLAR
The Whiskey Cellar offers an old-time, intimate, speak-easy-style experience; paying homage to the original use of the building, distilling Old Charter Bourbon. This space is ideal for Corporate Gatherings, Birthday Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, and Retirement Parties.

THE GRAND LOFT
Whether you are planning on entertaining for a birthday party or a wedding and reception, this space is sure to fit the bill. The beautiful large bar, old authentic booths, and open skylight above the gorgeous mahogany staircase are just a few of the lovely aspects that make Loft 123 a wonderful space for any event you have planned!

THE PENTHOUSE & ROOFTOP GARDEN
The Penthouse is a lovely, open, and airy room that mixes both Industrial and Elegant styles. With gorgeous century-old wooden floors, exposed brick walls, and ornate crystal chandeliers, the inside space is perfect for upscale or casual events. In addition to the Penthouse space itself, this rental includes the use of our Rooftop Lounge, offering a private outdoor space where guests can enjoy a relaxing setting with comfortable lounge furniture and a beautiful variety of flowers and plants in nice weather. Have your wedding ceremony on the rooftop and your reception inside, or host a cocktail party with indoor and outdoor spaces! The Penthouse and Rooftop Lounge is a classy space that will leave your guests talking about your excellent taste in venues for years to come!
