This historic 1883 gem has been masterfully transformed into THE lux stay & play destination. Three spacious and stylish suites feature all the best amenities for your comfort. And you have access to it ALL in a prime location near the best bars, restaurants and the Ville's top attractions. Book individually or together for large groups. Also on site is the elegant new Whiskey Lounge, Tartan House, serving a curated list of spirits and luxury cocktails in a refined setting. Ask about private events.

Yes 3 suites in one! Each with its own private access around Tartan House's central courtyard.

Suite #1 - "The Angel's Share" is a spacious 2 Bedroom suite featuring exposed brick walls, modern kitchen and bath, all new appliances and high end furnishings. Comfortably sleeps 4-6 with Two private King bedrooms and One Queen Sofa Bed.

Suite #2 - "Single Malt" is a spacious modern studio with one King bed and one Queen sofa bed. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee bar and mini-fridge. Comfortably sleeps 2-4.

Suite #3 - "Rickhouse Loft" is a bright and airy King studio and loft with Double bed. Plus Queen sofa bed, full kitchen, bath and laundry in unit.

All 3 suites have large open concept living rooms/kitchens perfect for groups to gather, eat, drink or watch TV. Gather together or use all the space to enjoy some privacy.

Suite 1 and 3 have laundry areas with new washers / dryers. All amenities and furniture are brand new and selected for a comfortable stay. Keurig Coffee Maker and Coffee included. 4K Smart TVs with YouTube TV for local and cable channels as well as your favorite streaming accounts.

Guests will have combined access to all suites with a digital keyless door lock. Cleaning supplies are available for your convenience. One off-street spot is available at the rear of property with additional free parking along Main Street.

**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
We are an integrated partner with Airbnb. As such, our guests are required to complete a separate host rental agreement that will be sent to you after booking. Additionally, a credit card will be required to authorize a $300 security deposit hold. This hold will be released upon checkout as long as no damages or excess mess is done at the property.
