The Neighborhood House Speakeasy is a private speakeasy in downtown Louisville. It is the basement lounge, meeting space, and event venue at A12 Suites Hotel. The name honors Neighborhood House, Kentucky's first settlement house, founded in 1896. Its play yard once stood on this ground at 410 South First Street. The lounge holds a bar with lounge seating, a pool table and games, a chef's kitchen, and a large dining and conference table. Caterers and private chefs are welcome. Groups book it for corporate retreats, private dinners, welcome parties, and after-parties. It books as a private event space and is included in every full hotel buyout.

The Paddock

The Paddock is a private outdoor event space in downtown Louisville. It is the courtyard at A12 Suites Hotel, about 2,500 square feet of open air with a custom shipping container bar, set against the brick and steel of the city. Groups use The Paddock for welcome parties, cocktail hours, bourbon tastings, and group photos. Caterers and private chefs are welcome. It books as a private space and is included in every full hotel buyout.

A12 Suites is a downtown Louisville hotel steps from Fourth Street Live and a 12 minute walk from the Kentucky International Convention Center.
