I am currently the Director of Sales & Marketing at the Kentucky International Convention Center and have over 25 years of experience in hotel sales in 7 cities with Marriott International, Hilton Hotels and Crowne Plaza. Advice that I like to share, Look for positions where you can grow and learn new skills because there is a huge opportunity for people with job knowledge (along with people skills!).
