WFPK and Waterfront Park Announce the 23rd Season of WFPK Waterfront Wednesday
Six Nights of Free Live Music Featuring Local and National Artists at Big Four Lawn
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (April 2, 2025) – 91.9 WFPK Independent Louisville and Waterfront Park are excited to announce the return of WFPK Waterfront Wednesday, kicking off on April 23 with The Verve Pipe, Momma, and Cam Clark & His Orchestra. This free concert series benefits Louisville Public Media and Waterfront Park.
Concert Details
Held at Big Four Lawn, the lawn opens at 5 p.m., with music starting at 6 p.m.. Attendees can enjoy food trucks, vendor booths, and Waterfront KidsDay (5–8 p.m.).
New for 2025:
-Pre-paid parking available at Lynn Family Stadium’s Green Lot.

Founded in 2002, this family-friendly concert series highlights local and national artists. “From up-and-coming songwriters to R&B, alt-rock, Memphis soul, and a Louisville music showcase, it’s a celebration of music and community this season.” said Stacy Owen, WFPK promotions director, “We’re excited to see everyone on the Big Four Lawn, because live music is always better on grass!”
