Louisville’s Newest Whiskey Row Hotel Opens

The 128 room, six-story hotel is located at 120 South Floyd Street in the heart of downtown Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (December 17, 2021) – Louisville’s tourism and travel product received a boost this month with two key additions – the announcement of new, nonstop air service between Louisville and Boston as well as the opening of the new Cambria Hotel Louisville Downtown-Whiskey Row.

The 128 room, six-story hotel, developed and managed by O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC, is located at 120 South Floyd Street in the heart of downtown Louisville, in the vibrant entertainment district, offering guests convenient access to Louisville Slugger Field, KFC Yum! Center Arena, Waterfront Park and the many restaurants, bars and nightlife of Whiskey Row – the original home of the Kentucky Bourbon industry. Additional nearby attractions include the Kentucky International Convention Center (KICC), University of Louisville, Muhammad Ali Center and the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts.

“We are ecstatic to enter the Louisville market with this amazing upscale Cambria Hotel,” said Tim O’Reilly, co-owner and CEO, O’Reilly Hospitality Management LLC. “The hotel is incredibly comfortable and infused with design and artwork that is inspired by two local favorites - horse racing and bourbon! Our lobby and common areas are full of surprises like our Jackdaw Coffee & Bourbon Bar, the Magnum Moon Hayloft Bar & Grill with a full-size replica of its namesake racehorse, as well as plush meeting spaces that are designed to serve our guests on any occasion.”

The Cambria Hotel Louisville Downtown-Whiskey Row welcomes guests with upscale amenities that appeal to the modern traveler, including contemporary guest rooms, spa-style bathrooms, indoor heated pool, state-of-the-art fitness center and 1,965 square feet of multi-purpose space for group events. The eclectic atmosphere provides a backdrop of locally inspired culture, with rustic and equestrian elements throughout the property, as a nod to Louisville’s horseracing history.

The two full-service restaurants feature modern American fare, local craft beer, signature cocktails and Kentucky Bourbon, while the rooftop deck showcases views of downtown. Whether a local or traveling for leisure or business, guests will be charmed by the esthetics and premium amenities the new venue provides.
