Louisville’s Main Street is ‘Lit’

Lights on Main shines bright at the Frazier History Museum

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (November 26, 2025) – Step into a magical winter wonderland at this year’s Lights on Main, a special exhibition the Frazier is hosting in partnership with the nonprofit I Would Rather be Reading.

Through January 4, the Frazier will be transformed into an enchanted holiday forest with three floors of donated trees beautifully decorated by local schools, businesses, distilleries, organizations, families, and individuals.

The exhibition will have additional programming featuring holiday activities, a free family day, a late Thursday night and more.

Admission to Lights on Main is free on Sunday, December 14, due to the sponsorship of Passport by Molina Healthcare. Access to Lights on Main is included in the cost of museum admission or with museum membership. Proceeds support the Frazier History Museum and I Would Rather be Reading, whose after-school programs serve over 300 children throughout Louisville.

While planning a trip to Louisville, guests can download a copy of Louisville Tourism’s annual Visitor Guide to see the city's top attractions and bourbon distilleries. Visitors also can get additional city attraction, lodging and dining assistance at gotolouisville.com.
