Louisville Tourism Names New Director of Southeast Sales in Atlanta
Louisville Tourism has named Neil Hibbert to the position of Director of Southeast Sales.
Louisville Tourism has named Neil Hibbert to the position of Director of Southeast Sales. Hibbert begins his new position on Monday, August 13, 2018.
Hibbert has an extensive background in convention sales. He most recently worked at Discover DeKalb Convention & Visitors Bureau in Atlanta as the Director of Sales. He has also held a Director of Sales and Marketing position at the Holiday Inn Atlanta Perimeter. Hibbert graduated Cum Laude from DeVry University with a Bachelor of Science in Network and Communications Management.

Hibbert’s responsibilities include promoting and selling Louisville as a convention, meeting and trade show destination to area-based national associations, government organizations and corporations in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, Colorado and Multicultural Markets. He will also serve as the official representative for the Bureau in the Atlanta market and act as a liaison between Louisville Tourism, hotels, convention facilities and potential clients.
Hibbert is the Past-President of National Sales Network Atlanta Chapter and Past National Membership Director for National Sales Network. He serves on MPI Georgia’s Board of Directors. He is an avid runner and golfer, living in Atlanta with his wife Alicia and son Zorian. Hibbert is replacing Peggy Riley who retired from Louisville Tourism July 31.
