Hotel Distil named Marriott’s U.S. and Canada Hotel of the Year
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (July 13, 2026)— Hotel Distil, the bourbon-inspired luxury hotel located on Louisville’s historic Whiskey Row, has been named Marriott’s Hotel of the Year for the United States and Canada through the Hospitality Excellence Awards, one of the company’s highest honors. The award recognizes properties that deliver exceptional guest experiences, innovative hospitality offerings and a steadfast commitment to excellence.
The recognition places Hotel Distil among Marriott’s top-performing hotels across two countries and further solidifies Louisville’s reputation as a destination known for outstanding accommodations, authentic experiences and Southern hospitality.
