Kelly Roberts President Team Travel Source Graduate Assumption High School – Go Rockets! and University of Kentucky My first hospitality industry job was Director of Volleyball Housing at Team Travel Source My experience was from the event production and fundraising worlds. I worked for 10 years at The JAM Brands (JAMfest) and worked in fundraising for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for a couple years before finding my home at Team Travel Source! My advice for those seeking jobs in the industry is there is nothing like working in the hospitality world. Working with so many industry professionals whose main objective is to provide fulfilling and valuable experiences to our guests is what I love most about this industry. Our mutual guests are our main focus, and we work hand in hand to ensure a wonderful hotel stay and city visit. And….we have a lot of fun too! Be ready to work hard and play hard, too!
