Founded in Louisville, Art Eatables began with a simple idea: chocolate and bourbon should share the spotlight. Our signature Small-Batch Bourbon Truffles™ are thoughtfully crafted to highlight the character of each—pairing premium chocolate with fine bourbons to create a balanced, nuanced experience in every bite. Each confection is handcrafted locally in small batches in our peanut and tree nut-free facility, using carefully selected ingredients and an artisan approach. Inspired by Kentucky's deep bourbon heritage and the warmth of hospitality, our chocolates are designed to be shared—whether you're discovering Louisville for the first time, sending a meaningful gift, or celebrating what makes Kentucky home. As a woman-owned business, Art Eatables reflects a passion for both craftsmanship and community. What began as an exploration of how bourbon and chocolate could work together has grown into a brand known for its distinctive approach to bourbon confections—one rooted in quality, creativity, and a deep respect for Kentucky tradition. Art Eatables has partnered with over 25 distilleries to create bourbon truffles and other confections for tasting experiences and gift shops. Even if guests haven't stepped into one of our stores yet, there's a great chance they've already encountered or tasted our chocolate. At our flagship Main Street location, a tasting bar offers a wide selection of premium bourbon for chocolate pairings, bourbon flights, and seasonal special flights, curated with the same care, craft, and attention to detail as all of our products. We're proud to create chocolates that feel both elevated and welcoming, with allergen-friendly offerings that allow even more people to enjoy them.
