2026-2027 Planner’s Resource Guide Advertising Opportunities

WHO’S GETTING IT?
The full-color guide is sent to the Louisville Tourism proprietary list of meeting planners, it is used in discussions with planners to execute services like catering, venues, event décor, printing and A/V by our Destination Services team and given to all Louisville Tourism partners as their resource, too. The guide is also available in an interactive digital version where planners can jump to the section of choice, and you, as an advertiser, will be listed on the Table of Contents.
2026-2027 Planners Resource Guide Rate & Distribution:
Art Deadline is Friday, April 30, 2026
Payment is expected upon receipt of the printed Planners Resource Guide with your advertisement inclusion. Distribution will begin in the fall of 2026.
Premium Covers, Section Tabs and Full-page Ads:
- Four-color and must include bleed.
- Ad size is 8.5” x 11” with a .125” bleed (8.75” x 11.25”)
- Prices:
- Premium Cover: $2,750
- Section Tab: $2,500
- Full Page: $1,850
Half-Page Ads:
- All half-page ads are four-color.
- Bleed ad size is 8.5” x 5.25” with a .125” bleed (8.75” x 5.5”)
- Price: $1,450
AD MATERIALS:
High-resolution PDFs (300 dpi at 100%) with all fonts embedded are the preferred format. All bleed ads must show crops (at the 8.5 x 11 size) and provide a .125" bleed. We cannot accept Word Documents or Publisher files as ads.
