Food Literacy Project

The Food Literacy Project provides transformative learning experiences through our Field-to-Fork Program, engaging children, teens, families, and adults. We emphasize direct experience and learning by discovery, inviting youth to get their hands dirty, taste new and fresh foods, grow as leaders and use all of their senses to explore. Program opportunities include: Farm-Based Education, Truck Farm (a mobile learning garden), Youth Community Agriculture Program (YCAP) for teens, Afterschool Field-to-Fork Clubs, Family Engagement, and Professional Development.
