Rebecca Sauce & Strawberry Paper Planes

Rebecca Sauce (aka Derby Strawberries)

• 2 cups sour cream
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 tablespoon Bourbon
• Strawberries with stems for dipping

Mix all but berries until smooth. Chill. Serve as dipping sauce for whole strawberries.

Strawberry Paper Plane

• 3-4 fresh strawberries
• 3/4 ounce bourbon
• 3/4 ounce Aperol
• 3/4 ounce Amaro Nonino

Muddle 3 fresh strawberries in the bottom of a rocks glass and top with ice. In a cocktail shaker with ice add all other ingredients, shake, and strain into rocks glass. Garnish with a strawberry.
