Oysters with Bourbon Mignonette & Kentucky Royales
Kentucky Royale
- 1 oz. Bourbon
- 1 oz. Chambord
- Champagne
- Blackberries
Add Bourbon and Chambord to a champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish with blackberries.
Bourbon Mignonette
- 2 tablespoons Kentucky Bourbon
- ¼ cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1 small shallot, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh diced green onion
- Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Chop onions and mix all ingredients. Serve with raw oysters.
