This award-winning Louisville staple is crispy and gooey all at once.
It took Please & Thank You’s (P&TY) owner Brooke Vaughn over two years to make the perfect chocolate chip cookie — and all that perfecting baked up the ultimate acknowledgement: “Best Cookie Shop (2023) in America.”
The famous “Southern-sized” cookie is best known for its texture, a balanced combo of gooey chocolate and crispy edges. They’re baked at P&TY’s coffee shops daily and available as a single or a dozen. There’s even a gluten-free version.
P&TY has three locations in Bourbon City and is also loved for its counterculture coffee shop vibes (Policy: Hot coffee, fresh cookies, loud music, no decaf), as well as other favorites like the Fast Track espresso and Kentucky’s Favorite Derby Bar.
