Lunch – WILTSHIRE AT THE SPEED – The open and air sit-in café at the newly re-imagined Speed Art Museum. Chef Coby Ming’s menu features delicious entrees like the Grain Salad and a tasty twist on a traditional grilled cheese sandwich.
SPEED ART MUSEUM – (Kentucky’s largest and oldest museum) recently reopened after a four-year, 50+ million renovation. Boasting 220,000 square feet, the museum features temporary and permanent exhibits, a cinema, a museum shop and an outdoor art park and public piazza.
MUSEUM ROW on historic Main Street in downtown Louisville is home to 10 original attractions within four walkable blocks. Make it an arts-filled afternoon.
Happy Hour – PROOF ON MAIN at the 21c Museum Hotel is known for its menu showcasing fresh, local and season ingredients. The Urban Bourbon Trail stop also features a diverse selection of Kentucky’s finest Bourbons.
Dinner – BUTCHERTOWN GROCERY – Enjoy European inspired and American anchored dishes courtesy of local favorite chef Bobby Benjamin. Located in the city’s Butchertown neighborhood, (the city’s original meatpacking district) the restaurant is housed in a 19th-century building.
Nightlife – PLAY LOUISVILLE is the place to be for a fun evening of dancing and drag shows.
