RABBIT HOLE DISTILLERY-Distilling is baked in Louisville’s culture. Rabbit Hole is in the city’s creative heart, the NULU district-- the nexus of old and new, where artists and entrepreneurs pursue their vision. OLD FORESTER DISTILLERY-Returning to Louisville’s historic “Whiskey Row,” Old Forester harkens back to the heritage and authenticity of America’s First Bottled Bourbon in a state-of-the-art facility that celebrates Old Forester’s origins, and the role of bourbon in Louisville’s history. BRISTOL BAR & GRILLE-An official stop on the Urban Bourbon Trail-In addition to listing Bourbons by distillery, the extensive Bourbon list selected by the Bristol’s Executive bourbon stewards show known mash bills, age statements and proofs. Winner of more “Best of Louisville” awards than any other local restaurant.

-Situated on Louisville’s historic “Whiskey Row” featuring an artisanal distillery, tours, and tastings. Celebrating the legacy of Evan Williams-- Kentucky’s first distiller, this immersive experience brings to life the history and tradition of Kentucky’s native spirit.

-The first Peerless whiskey went into barrels in the 1889, and in 2015, Peerless Whiskey was revived by 4th & 5th generations of the family almost 100 years later. Stop by for a tour of this state-of-the-art facility to discover by Food Network’s Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio lists Kentucky Peerless Rye among one of his favorites.

-Michter’s is home to a legendary historic distillation system. Here you will learn about all of the extra steps Michter’s takes throughout the whiskey production process to pursue their goal of producing the greatest American whiskey, from barreling at a lower entry proof, to toasting their barrels before charring and heat cycling their warehouses. MERLE'S WHISKEY KITCHEN*-An official stop on the Urban Bourbon Trail-This toe-tapping, honky ton highlights an award-winning menu of Southern/Soul cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and live music.

GOODWOOD BREWING COMPANY-Located on the edge of the NULU area, Goodwood is dedicated to making beers that have been enhanced by wood; whether in reclaimed oak casks once used to house bourbon, red wine, or brandy.

Fall Event to Check-out:

JACK O'LANTERN SPECTACULAR (Oct. 1-Nov. 1)–See over 5,000+ pumpkins along a 1/3 of a mile walking trail through one of Louisville’s parks designed by Frederick Law Olmsted. Once the sun goes down, the trail illuminates each night lights, music and more, transporting guests to a magical place with themed vignettes along the walking trail.
