JOELLA'S HOT CHICKEN (Middletown)-At Joella’s, they live and breathe the southern spirit by taking traditional Southern fried chicken and giving it “spirit” by adding different levels of spice blends to create a flavor explosion like their fried chicken and pimento cheese sandwich or the fried Nutella poppers dessert.
BLUEGRASS KARTING & EVENTS-Determine who is the fastest in the group at Bluegrass Indoor Karting. Experience speeds up to 40-mph on this 1000’ indoor go-kart track.
KENTUCKY ARTISAN DISTILLERY-Where distilling is still an art. The Kentucky Artisan Distillery is a unique place in the craft distillery world and is currently home to three different brands including Whiskey Row Bourbon—a pre-prohibition style bourbon that is only available in Kentucky.
3RD TURN BREWING/OLDHAM GARDENS- Share drinks and conversations in a comfortable and laid-back atmosphere where the worst problem you will experience is trying to decide what to drink next. Located in Crestwood, KY in a once thriving garden center, this beer garden is like no other with 32 beers on tap, pub food, & games like cornhole & bocce ball.
SWAY-Sway brings southern fare inspired by the rich heritage of the region to Fourth Street. The seasonal menu combines the flavors of southern kitchens, American favorites, and Sunday dinners with the freshest ingredients from local farms.
INDIANA CAVERNS–Spend part of the day exploring Indiana’s longest cage. Your tour will include an underground boat ride, an amazing waterfall, ice age bones, examining a diverse ecosystem and lots of rock formations.
DOC CROW'S SOUTHERN SMOKEHOUSE AND RAW BAR-Serving straightforward, Southern Cuisine on Whiskey Row. Guests are greeted by the long bar showcasing the day’s oyster selection and more than 100 Bourbons.
EVAN WILLIAMS BOURBON EXPERIENCE-Situated on Louisville’s historic “Whiskey Row” featuring an artisanal distillery, tours, and tastings. Celebrating the legacy of Evan Williams-- Kentucky’s first distiller, this immersive experience brings to life the history and tradition of Kentucky’s native spirit.
MUHAMMAD ALI CENTER–Stroll through the award-winning, multicultural center dedicated to the life and legacy of Louisville native son, Muhammad Ali. Learn about Ali’s incredible life that fueled his journey become the “Greatest of All Time.” Step into the boxing ring and take on the Champ, discover the story behind his infamous red bike that started his boxing career, and see the Olympic torch he used to light the cauldron at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics.
LOUISVILLE SLUGGER MUSEUM & FACTORY-You cannot miss the 120-foot-tall Louisville Slugger bat welcoming you to the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory. See how the famous bats are made, hold bats used by baseball’s superstars, and experience what it is like to face a 90-mile-per-hour fastball. You even get to take a mini Slugger bat home with you!
FRAZIER HISTORY MUSEUM-Explore over 1,000 years of history throughout the Frazier History Museum with interactive exhibits, hands-on learning opportunities, and seeing history come to life through costumed actors who bring visitors face-to-face with some of the events and people who changed the world.

BERNHEIM ARBORETUM & RESEARCH FOREST-South of Louisville, is over 16,000 acres of a nature preserve and forest to explore, including over 40 miles of trails where you may stumble upon some of the Forest Giants—three larger-than-life wooden art pieces throughout the preserve.

CAVE HILL CEMETERY SELF-GUIDED TOUR–Built in 1848, this 296-acre cemetery is the final resting places for many of Louisville famous citizens from Colonel Sanders to Muhammad Ali. Cave Hill Cemetery is also an outdoor museum with many hundreds of exquisite works of monumental art marking the gravesite of Louisville citizens and an arboretum with over 500 varieties of trees and shrubs.
CLIMB NULU-At this bouldering facility, guests won’t find the traditional ropes and harnesses. Instead, climbers of all ages will climb over a padded floor following routes for all climbing abilities from routes for those brand new to bouldering to veterans who climb Red River Gorge.
BROOKE & BILLY’S-In the 1800s, Brooke & Billy's was a pharmacy, restaurant, and a few other “lively” incarnations. There is even a hidden room that still has bourbon bottles from back in the day where it can only be guessed as to what transpired in the space. Now it is a restaurant serving Kentuckiana staples ranging from hot browns to deviled eggs.

JACK O'LANTERN SPECTACULAR (Oct. 1-Nov. 1)–See over 5,000+ pumpkins along a 1/3 of a mile walking trail through one of Louisville’s parks designed by Frederick Law Olmsted. Once the sun goes down, the trail illuminates each night lights, music and more, transporting guests to a magical place with themed vignettes along the walking trail.
