Day One


Con Huevos Craves- Giving downtown residents, locals and visitors alike a chance to grab a sandwich, fresh squeezed orange juice or a Cuban coffee. Brioche sandwich buns are baked fresh daily and all eggs are cooked to order.

Indiana Caverns– Spend part of the day exploring Indiana’s longest cage. Your tour will include an underground boat ride, an amazing waterfall, ice age bones, examining a diverse ecosystem and lots of rock formations.

TEN20 Craft Brewery
- The newest craft brewery and gathering place in the historic and hip Butchertown neighborhood. TEN20 is a fun, friendly environment welcoming everyone and serving flavors for all.


Grind Burger Kitchen– Named one of the best new restaurants in the country by and featured on the Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins, & Dives, Grind Burger Kitchen features in-house custom blended, hand-trimmed beef for their burgers

Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory- You cannot miss the 120-foot-tall Louisville Slugger bat welcoming you to the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory. See how the famous bats are made, hold bats used by baseball’s superstars, and experience what it is like to face a 90-mile-per-hour fastball. You even get to take a mini Slugger bat home with you!

Kentucky Peerless Distilling Company
- The first Peerless whiskey went into barrels in the 1889, and in 2015, Peerless Whiskey was revived by 4th & 5th generations of the family almost 100 years later. Stop by for a tour of this state-of-the-art facility to discover by Food Network’s Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio lists Kentucky Peerless Rye among one of his favorites.

Frazier History Museum
- Explore over 1,000 years of history throughout the Frazier History Museum with interactive exhibits, hands-on learning opportunities, and seeing history come to life through costumed actors who bring visitors face-to-face with some of the events and people who changed the world.


Porch Kitchen & Bar–The Porch is more than just a restaurant. The name comes from the cultural significance that the iconic American Porch holds - acting as the neighborhood's living room, a place to pass the time, and a place that connects individuals to the community.

Day Two


Atlantic No. 5-Nestled along Museum Row in downtown Louisville, Atlantic No. 5 is a way to start your day with a light breakfast and cup of coffee or tea.

Evan Williams Bourbon Experience
-Situated on Louisville’s historic “Whiskey Row” featuring an artisanal distillery, tours, and tastings. Celebrating the legacy of Evan Williams-- Kentucky’s first distiller, this immersive experience brings to life the history and tradition of Kentucky’s native spirit.

Muhammad Ali Center
–Stroll through the award-winning, multicultural center dedicated to the life and legacy of Louisville native son, Muhammad Ali. Learn about Ali’s incredible life that fueled his journey become the “Greatest of All Time.” Step into the boxing ring and take on the Champ, discover the story behind his infamous red bike that started his boxing career, and see the Olympic torch he used to light the cauldron at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics.


Wagner’s Pharmac–The history of the Kentucky Derby and Churchill Downs is written on the walls of Wagner’s Pharmacy. Opened in 1922 and featured in everything from the Los Angeles Time to Southern Living to the movie “Secretariat,” Wagner’s is a must for breakfast before heading over to explore Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Derby Museum.

Kentucky Derby Museum
-Experience the greatest 2 minutes in racing as you watch the “Greatest Race” in a 360-degree theatre. Tour the historic Churchill Downs to learn the history of the track to see the famous track up close.

Louisville Zoo–Home to more than 1,700 animals, guests can see live gorillas up-close, walk under a sleeping polar bear, catch the wings of the world bird show, pet or feed an animal during your visit. There’s a lot to do and explore within the Louisville Zoo.


Louisville Mega Cavern–A man-made, 17-mile cavern lies beneath the city of Louisville and is home to four unique attractions. The Louisville Mega Cavern offers a historical tram tour of the cavern, the Mega Quest ropes course, the only underground zip line course—Mega Zips.

Oskar’s Slider Bar
–This restaurant is popular with locals for is American slider and Scandinavian-influenced bites in a unique, northern-themed atmosphere that includes craft cocktails featuring Aquavit, a Scandinavian spirit.
