In addition to Bourbon, Louisville is home to world-class spirits such as finely made brandy and gin at Copper & Kings Distillery. The nation's largest restaurant headquarters calls Louisville home, Yum! Brands, which operates Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, and KFC.
Louisville is a hub for companies of all sizes, from local to global, including production, manufacturing, flavor development, and distribution. Companies such as Bluefin Seafoods and Shuckman’s Fish have been supplying seafood and smoked caviar to restaurants all over the country. Paradise Tomato Kitchen supplies tomato-based sauces to some of the top pizza chains around the country. Speaking of pizza, many don’t know that Papa Johns Pizza is headquartered in Louisville.
