Louisville is home to a diverse offering of higher education institutions with the largest being the University of Louisville. A research institution Louisville also touts the Speed School of Engineering and the College of Business which is ranked in the top 25 business schools according to the Princeton Review and Entrepreneur Magazine.
Bellarmine University is home to the newly formed Institute for Advanced Analytics, one of the first higher education institutions to offer a degree in big data and analysis. Of course our local food and beverage scene would not be what it is today without Sullivan University’s Culinary Arts program.
Currently 41.5% of Louisville’s workforce holds an associate’s degree or higher which is above the national average of 39%.
