New Cooking Series Launched
Thursday evening cooking events start Jan. 30 and continue weekly
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Jan. 15, 2020) – A new collaborative experience for food lovers is coming to Falls City Market in the Omni Louisville Hotel! Starting Jan. 30, Falls City Market’s Supper Series will immerse attendees in the culinary techniques behind chefs’ favorite recipes Thursday nights at 6:30 p.m.
Chefs will guide attendees through the preparation of each menu item and give tips for artful plating and recreating dishes at home. The series is more than cooking – it’s an entertaining and engaging way to interact with leading members of our local food scene. Each weekly Supper Series will have a different menu theme with fool-proof recipes created by Falls City Market chefs.
“We want to share our love of food with our city,” said Falls City Market chef Mike Riportella. “The Supper Series is an approachable, hands-on way to learn how to make chef-quality dishes and experience how fun cooking can be!” Guests will come together to eat their prepared dishes around the communal table.
The cost is $65 per person and includes all food, tax and gratuity. Alcohol will be available for purchase. Each Supper Series events last approximately two hours.
