We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee the Toogie's Table operations of a new Common Bond restaurant. In this role, you will oversee employee management, purchasing, and inventory management, establish resultant business plans, and so much more. To be a successful Restaurant Manager Manager, you should possess strong problem-solving/decision-making skills, organizational skills, and be financially minded. A top-notch Restaurant Manager should provide exceptional guest service and strong leadership skills. This is not a desk job and is a fun, interactive, and participative role in the successful creation of a new hotel. This is a role that requires autonomy and independent decision-making that always seeks to better our product, our guest experience, and our team member experience.

  • Employee management, including hiring, training, and terminations
  • Positive style of customer service and engagement
  • Purchasing and inventory management
  • Ensures clean, safe, and consistent food preparation
  • Schedules staff within labor budgets
  • Oversees the financial performance of the store
  • Conducts food and labor cost analysis
  • Establishes restaurant business plans by surveying restaurant demand
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge based on current trends
  • Develops and manages ongoing safety and sanitation protocols
  • Conducts daily and weekly reporting, and monthly P&L reconciliation
  • Fully participates in company initiatives
  • POS system management
  • Participates in local marketing
  • Preferred Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (college degree)
  • 4+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Restaurant experience a plus (fine dining)
  • 3+ years of supervisory/management experience
