Number 15 Events and Activations Manager Company Overview The Numbers Holding Company, LLC, (the “Company”) owns and operates Social Halls across the United States. The Company brings breweries, distilleries, cider houses, wineries, chefs, artists and musicians into single operating entities. Each Social Hall is named after the state’s formation number to represent the uniqueness of each state. This is the first Company to present alcohol brands in a tap-room inspired bar structure paired with an outsourced kitchen model. Accompanying this bar and food concept is an experiential venue with the capacity to host concerts, artists and events. The Company’s locations utilize a single point of sale system to create a seamless consumer experience, and it leverages the transactional data to select the best brands, performers, and event partners according to consumer preferences and trends in each state. Job Description You will work at the Company’s Louisville, Kentucky location, Number 15, as its Events and Activations Manager. The Events and Activations Manager will report directly to the General Manager. The primary roles of the Events and Activations Manager at Number 15 are summarized below: Manage Number 15’s event calendar in coordination with the Music & Entertainment Manager and the General Manager Establish event goals, KPIs and reporting metrics for large events Engage in implementing programmatic experiences that drive traffic to Number 15 Coordinate with National Director of Marketing to: Leverage lead generation strategies into events and event marketing where possible Update website with written content, graphics and dates for events Recommend effective marketing plans and platforms for generating event revenue Event Sales: Conducts short and long-term planning and management for events and sales Manage event sales in Tripleseat including communications, invoicing, building event contracts, updating BEO’s, etc. Maintain budgeted sales and profits in all event areas Evaluates each piece of event business to ensure business can be properly serviced. Maintain a portfolio of prospective event clients for corporate buyouts and holiday parties Conduct site tours as requested by prospective event clients Schedule and coordinate any necessary rental equipment or furniture Oversee day of event production including sponsorship management, artist management, green room management, videographer/photographer management, and influencer management Serve as the point of contact for event organizations to increase event sales and serve as a destination for local and national community or partner events Develop tools and strategies to evaluate and improve the event guest experience, including actively participating in the collection and analysis of event clients’ data and statistics through post-event surveys Ensure Number 15’s management team and staff (bartenders, hosts, sound engineers and kitchen) are up to date on events, event logistics and schedules, and expectations Qualifications 5 or more years of experience in hospitality sales and event fulfillment Extensive F&B management and operations history Able to work within a defined budget to maximize efficiencies and profitability Able to curate the distinct Number 15 experience for our clients and guests Compensation This is a full-time, salaried position at a starting rate of $45,000 annually, paid biweekly plus per-event sales commissions The start date for this offer is TBD You are eligible for all Number 15 benefits per policy including health, dental, and vision effective 60 days following the start date As a full-time salaried position of Number 15, you are eligible for our company’s unlimited paid time off (PTO) policy, which includes vacation, personal and sick leave. All PTO requests are subject to work demands and ownership approval.
