Bond with us. RESPONSIBILITIES Welcoming guests, reading, and listening to people to determine beverage preference, making recommendations, and taking drink orders. Demonstrate genuine hospitality during every interaction with our guests; including greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, answering questions, thanking guests, and inviting them to return upon their departure. Abide by all State and Federal Liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests. Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations. Attend pre-shift meeting to review/communicate information regarding service, VIP's, Specials. Handling cash and credit card transactions. Maintaining a clean working environment, cleaning bar, tables, washing glasses and equipment. Record drink order accurately into POS system. Prepare the following before and during service; fruit, syrups, garnishes, glassware, bar equipment, and all other preparation tasks instructed by Beverage Manager, FOH Manager or General Manager. Upsell drink and food items at the bar. Respond promptly to guest requests in a polite and professional manner. Arrange glasses and bottles into attractive and functional display. Answer guest questions about food and beverage preparation details and communicate specific guest needs to the kitchen and bar. Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or instructed by management. Consistently productive. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma Knowledge of standard drink recipes. 1 Year of Restaurant Bartending Experience. 1 Year of customer service experience. Are you ready to join our team?
