Lodgic Kids Camp is searching for Assistant Teachers to work under the guidance of Lead Teachers in the classroom and be responsive caregivers, explorers, and all-round guides for children in the development of social and emotional competency.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Implement the day-to-day classroom routine by following the classroom schedule under direction of Lead Teacher.
  • Maintain cleaning and organizing consistent with health and safety standards within the Daily Duties Cleaning Checklist.
  • Implement engaging activities consistent with the Kids Camp Curriculum and model the six Big Moose Heart Values in all aspects of the program.
  • Carry out personal care routines based on individual children’s needs that includes, but is not limited to, diapering, potty training, etc.
  • Act as a mediator between children when necessary.


  • Must be at least 18 years old and directly supervised.
  • Must have at least a High School diploma or a GED.
