Give Thanks. · NOTE: Benefits available upon meeting eligibility requirements The Tumbleweed Line Cook is responsible for preparing orders for the guests in a Timely & Professional manner, while maintaining the standards of Quality, Freshness & Eye Appeal. Specific Responsibilities 1. Maintain the MESQUITE FIRE at proper levels to ensure proper cooking surface on the grill. 2. Prepare dinners and other foods to SPECIFICATIONS. 3. The COORDINATION of all food to the EXPO 4. Operate the Kitchen in a manner that demonstrates the highest regard for the SAFETY and 5. SANITATION of all equipment and persons in the area. 6. Monitor the preparation of food to ensure QUALITY, TEMPERATURE, TASTE and EYE 7. APPEAL to meet Tumbleweed standards. 8. Perform the work necessary to open and close the Kitchen EFFICIENTLY. 9. Monitor the flow of supplies to the line to ensure NO DELAYS in PRODUCTION. 10. Maintain Tumbleweed standards of personal CLEANLINESS and HYGIENE. 11. Know all the Menu items, ingredients and portions thoroughly. 12. Follow the rules of ROTATION, CLEANLINESS, STORAGE and use of food. 13. Perform other tasks as required. 14. ADHERE TO TUMBLEWEED SANITATION STANDARDS. Specific Skills and Qualities 1. Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure. 2. Capable of following precise instructions. 3. Shows a real, personal concern for quality. 4. Places a high value on Teamwork. 5. Demonstrates a concern for good personal appearance and hygiene. 6. Has a high value on teamwork. 7.
