SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding) Yoga

Start your Friday on the water at Falling Rock Park (LaGrange Quarry) with a Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga Session! This 90 minute event begins with a quick introduction to stand up paddle boarding followed by a warm up paddle around the calm waters of the quarry. We will anchor boards for a 60 minute yoga practice that incorporates postures for all levels that build strength and flexibility with the opportunity to release stress and tension. With it's clear and calm waters, natural surroundings, and convenient location, FRP is an optimal location for SUP Yoga classes. The $35 class fee also includes your park admission and is a great way to start your day on the water!
