An agile, bossa-flavored indie-rock outfit, described by Various Small Flames as marked by their “earnest heart and laidback charm.” Hailing from Louisville, KY, they just released their sophomore full-length LP, Round the Mountain. With a style honed through years of studying Joanna Newsom and Grizzly Bear, songwriter Daniel Lobb encourages self-reflection amidst patriarchy, white supremacy, and runaway climate disaster while maintaining a “sense of casual ease” with his “distinctively welcoming delivery.

Genevva

Dream folk duo and real life couple, Jenni Cochran and Aaron Craker, released their debut album Slip Away in 2021 and their sophomore album Late Bloomer in 2023. Continuing with their groove-filled, harmony rich and lyrical songwriting, the Louisville, KY based duo are set to release music from their third album in October 2024.
