Fossils from the River - Meet the Paleontologist

The Ohio River takes fossils and wears them down. As a result, fossils don’t the same as they do when found on land. Park paleontologist Alan Goldstein will bring out some water worn fossils in the parks collection that were saved because they are unique. This free program will be in the picnic area (Interpretive Center rotunda in inclement weather). The $2 pay-to-park fee applies.
